  • Run customized customer reports to support account managers in analyzing current business to include Vendor Performance Scorecards, weekly, monthly and Year To Date POS, Market Basket Data

We are seeking a creative, self-driven and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Electronics Technician. Under the direction of the Engineering staff, the Junior Engineer will be responsible for the testing, evaluation and documentation of our small kitchen appliance products both in development as well as existing products already sold in the market. The candidate will be responsible for all tasks required to validate product technical performance during its development life cycle as well as support the quality control and culinary staff as required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop Test Procedures (ATP):
    • Work together with cross functional team (project manager, engineering, culinary team) to review and understand the product expectations including technical features and performance expectations for each project
    • Create test procedures tailored to the needs of each project, at each stage of development to validate electrical, mechanical, and performance of product
    • Coordinate testing schedule with project manager, test kitchen, and engineering
    • Communicate test plan and integrate testing tasks with timelines into project manager’s project schedule
  • Testing:
    • Design and build test fixtures as needed
    • Execute tests according to test procedures
  • Documentation:
    • Document results and analyze the data
    • Generate clear, concise reports with approval/failure criteria
    • Detail test results and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Review, assess, and re-assess validity of test procedures on regular basis in order to continuously improve the performance of tests
  • Maintenance
