Bold, Smooth Cold-Pressed Espresso

The Coffee Station Pro lets you craft cold-pressed espresso with rich flavor and lower acidity using a low-temperature, controlled-pressure process—perfect for refreshing, café-style iced drinks at home.

 

How to Make Cold-Pressed Espresso

  1. Insert a single or double basket into the portafilter, add ground espresso, and tamp firmly.
  2. Lock the portafilter into the brew head.
  3. Place a large heatproof mug on the right platform and an ice-filled cup under the espresso spout.
  4. Press Espresso, then select Cold Pressed.
  5. Choose Single or Double, then press Start.
  6. If prompted, run the Cool Cycle by ensuring a mug is in place and pressing Start.
  7. After the cycle, select your brew size again and press Start to begin brewing.

TIP: The low-temperature, pressurized process reduces acidity and delivers a smoother, more balanced espresso flavor.
