Go faster
Hold Space through a turn to drift. Sparks go blue, then orange — let go for a mini-turbo. Orange Hi-Fry pads give you a boost, and flooring it right as the lights go green gets you a rocket start. Tuck in behind another kart for two seconds to catch its slipstream.
Items
- Hi-Fry Turbo A burst of speed.
- Olive Oil Pour it out behind you. Anyone who drives through it spins out.
- Meatball Rolls ahead and homes in on the next kart. Press Q to roll it back at whoever's behind you: slower, and straight.
- Ghost Pepper Five seconds of flaming speed. Nothing can touch you.
- Nugget Shield Three nuggets spin round your kart. Anyone who runs into one is knocked flat, and they stop meatballs.
- Rainbow Sprinkles Eight seconds of rainbow speed with a sparkly trail. Nothing can touch you, and you spin out anyone you bump.
Battle
Space jumps, and again in the air flips you into the meatball for a harder hit. Hold E to boost from your meter (orange pads refill it), and C switches the ball cam. Keep your speed up and you can drive up the walls and across the roof.
Watch out
The spatula ramp launches you over a row of simmering stockpots. Come up short and you're soup.
