Terms of Service — Social Support Triage

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Social Support Triage application (the "Tool"), operated by Chefman, a brand of RJ Brands, LLC ("we", "us") to monitor and respond to customer messages on our own Chefman and Chef iQ Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. By operating or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Tool reads recent comments and direct messages on our own social media accounts, identifies those that appear to be customer-support requests, and compiles an internal summary for our support team. The Tool is read-only and does not post, reply, or take action on any person's behalf.
2. Interactions on social platforms
Comments and messages you send to our Facebook or Instagram accounts are also governed by the terms and policies of those platforms (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Nothing in these Terms replaces your agreement with those platforms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our accounts or the support channel — for example, by submitting unlawful, abusive, or deliberately harmful content, or by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Tool or our systems.
4. Intellectual property
The Tool, and all related software, content, and trademarks (including the Chefman and Chef iQ names and logos), are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that every message will be detected, classified, or responded to within any particular timeframe.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the operation or use of the Tool, or from any delay or failure to respond to a message.
7. Third-party services
The Tool relies on third-party services, including Meta's Graph API and Google's Gemini API. We are not responsible for those services' availability or their own terms and policies.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued operation of the Tool constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
