How to find your model number

All Chefman model numbers begin with “RJ” then are followed by a series of numbers and letters.

  • In the User Guide: The front of your user guide has the product's model number. It will begin with "RJ".
  • On your product: Your model number is located underneath the unit. It will begin with "RJ".
  • On the box: The model number is located at the bottom of your box - just flip the box over!
  • On our website: To find the product number on product pages, scroll to the bottom of the product page and click "product information"
